RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do double quality check before we publish it on the website so we know exactly how it meets the standardized quality.

Unless otherwise stated you may return any purchased item that you have purchased from My Company - including sale items - for refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our highest concern, so please take the time to familiarize yourself with the following refund & exchange conditions:

All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached and complete packaging. In the case of a refund, you will be refunded the amount of the product purchased . If you return your whole order, you initial postage costs will not be refunded.
In the case of any full priced items being exchanged, you are entitled to one 'postage free exchange' per order but any subsequent exchanges after that, the postage will be at your cost. Sale items will need to be returned at your cost.

FREE Returns & Exchanges within Australia:
Full priced items to be returned within Australia can be done so at no additional charge but if you want to return a sale item, the return postage must be done at your expense.
