DELIVERY INFORMATION
All domestic deliveries are shipped using Australian Air Express Couriers. This service requires someone to sign on delivery otherwise parcel will be left at doorstep. If no one is there to sign for your delivery and your parcel goes missing, My Company will not take responsibilty for it. If no one will be at your address, please contact us so we can arrange a different method of post.

Deliveries within Australia may take up to 7 days. This is because the online store does not carry it's own stock. When you make an order, we call it in from our stores and need to wait for it to arrive in the office to be shipped! Some orders may be slightly delayed if your products have been very popular and are difficult to find but it should never take more than 7 days. If your order is delayed, you will be notified ASAP.
